Salam to all readers.. ;)

Most of the topics of my conversations with almost everyone lately is about choosing the right girl as our future wife. And yeah, why in the hell do we talk about marriage at such young age?! Here's why...

Recently, MARA College Seremban had organised Kem Remaja Ad-din a.k.a KRAD for the first year students. Some of us felt that its quite unfair since the second year students were only "invited" to join the camp. So, one night, the seniors played a video of a forum about marriage recorded by the Universiti Teknologi Petronas. One of the panels were the famous Ustaz HABIBURRAHMAN EL-SHIRAZY.

You've heard the name right? AWW, COME ON!! He's the one who wrote the famous novel entitled "Ayat-Ayat Cinta". Seriously, the novel is a MUST READ!! Even me myself can barely sleep without finishing the whole book and it took me around just THREE DAYS to finish it up. Kinda impressive right? YEARRGHH!!

Anyway, I would like to emphasize on this hadith read by the ustaz;

"Nikahilah wanita dalam empat kategori: Hartanya, keturunannya, kecantikannya, agamanya. Pilihlah wanita yang mempunyai agama kerana dia akan menjagamu" Riwayat Syaihan.

Most of the guys would prefer to marry someone as hot as Rozita Che' Wan or Megan Fox, but i want to share with you guys this calm and warm feeling that i experienced yesterday.

Her name was *tuuuut* and she'd just graduated from the University of Auckland. She came to my house last night together with my tok sedara's family and we've met before. She was the type of girl that I'd usually classified as 'Islamic' as she wore this extra large baju kurung and scarf but she was a nice and peramah person.

Frankly, when we chat, I felt pleased and excited to keep on talking to her. She had this some kind of attraction which couldn't be described through words.

The moral of the story here is that guys, don't think that the "Islamic" girls aren't that attractive and manja. To me, they are actually more attractive and manja than the hot babes in a indescribable way. Also, for the girls, do think twice about your clothing and attitude because most guys like me are more likely to fall for girls like *tuuuut* just now.

hey, i'm back!! after leaving this blog without any updates for so long, i've decided to at least write something on this pathetic blog of mine.. -.-"

right now i'm taking a-level program under MARA scholarship at kolej mara seremban (kms), just so u know and not wondering where i am right now.. (NYIOH!!)

okay... im stuck right now... what to write, what to write..

i'm very grateful to be here even though the environment of this college is quite similar to an mrsm rather than being a college itself ; class starts at 8 till 1.30, no long hairs, no skipping class, taking slips to go for a medical treatment, bla3...

what i love the most about kms.. is my own unique class compared to other classes. at first, most of my classmates seems nerdy (okay... nerd...) but later on the true colours of everyone starts to come out one by one and eventually for me our class is becoming merrier day by day.. thanks to me ;P

After 8 hours of struggling at the cash register, I find myself ticklish back home when suddenly these few customers popped out of my head.

COLOUR BLINDED..

Before I move on, did you ever realize that there are only two colours (purple and red) which represents different types of petrol (RON95 and RON97) at your nearest ESSO station? This is what happens when a colour-blinded customer came by.

"Yes, uncle?"
"Give me RM20 petrol, pump number 2"
"Alright. Do you want the red one or the purple one?"
"What?"
"The red one or the purple one?"
"Oh! I want the green one."
"HUH??"

Thats not all..

"Dik, isi minyak RM30. Pam 5 eh."
"Ok bang! RON95 ke F1?"
"Haa??"
"Yang merah ke purple?"
"Kuning2."
"Kuning?? WTH?!!"

TESCO clubcard..

Usually when customers drop by to fill up petrol at ESSO station, they'll hand out their smile card. It works just like the famous Bonuslink card or Jusco card. They get points when they fill up petrol and the points can be redeemed afterwards.

In this case, the shopaholic customers just can't give up their other supermarket cards (maybe cause they like love TESCO so much)

"Do you have a SMILE card?"
*Hands the card over*
"Err... Kak (my boss), kad ni boleh pakai ke?"
"Oi! Ape jadah kad Tesco nak swipe dekat ESSO."
"E'eh, silap kad tu dik."
"Haha! Apela abang ni bagi kad Tesco plak"
"Hehe. Awak pulak dah tau kad Tesco, boleh ke pakai kat ESSO? Haha!"

Apart from it, most of the customers are rude and impatience. There are some who just simply throw away their money to the counter, show their respective pumps and walk away. Not forgetting those who throw out rude words and sometimes curses.

All I can say is I don't care if you drive a Bentley or whatever. But if you have no manners and respect to other people, then you're much worst than animal! Even a poor guy driving a 'van Carey' has even much better attitude than you.

I was going to bed one night when suddenly my friend called;

"Arep, ko nk keje tak kt Esso ni? Klau nk,, dtg esok."

Now, I'm a fulltime cashier at Esso Maluri. Do drop by if you have the chance alright? haha! Now I know how hard it is to earn money. Its not that simple.

Anything bad can happen when you're a cashier. Hope everything is fine for me. Do pray for my safety and success please! XD

Dilemma

Its the end of Jan 2011 and I'm still stuck in my house doing nothing. Most of my friends had gone to work while some others decided to move on with their studies in UTP and oversea??

I've decided to get a job starting next month since I'm kinda short in cash (not so short actually). But the more I think, the less likely it is for me to go out and search for a job.

Thanks to Nazir, I went to a nearby ESSO station for a job.

"Keje kosong tu adela dik. Tapi, tggu la akak train kawan awk ni dlu"

So I gave him my number and went home. Now, I just have to wait for him to call and the job is mine! lalala~~

But until now, the call never did came.. (huh??)

Here is the thing.. I've got a driving class next wednesday, and something to do next week. Besides, my juniors also asked me to help them train their marching squads. Then, what if I can't get a holiday to pick up my results in March? I could have cycled back to the station and ask them myself about the job but with all these keep popping out of my head, arghh!! HELP!! X(

Frustration

Its been a year now since I carried out my duty back in Prep School. As a custordian, we knew how big and how great our responsibilities were in guiding our form 1 students to become a good man with manners and good values in the future.

Few days earlier, i went through a comment posted by a parent;

Adalah tidak adil meletakkan semua tanggungjawab merencanakan semua kegiatan waktu petang kepada Pengawas sekolah .Saya andaikan semua pengawas adalah kurang pengalaman dalam mendidik anak-anak remaja .Pengawas sendiri remaja yang masih memerlukan bimbingan guru .Pengawas sekolah juga diberi kuasa tidak terkawal akan membawa implikasi yang buruk seperti kes " Buli Pelajar ".

I felt so frustrated yet was glad to learn something from this post. I'm not going to blame anyone here because I realise I also did some shameful mistakes as a normal person and I learnt from my experiences (which is a lot!). But I think parents should know that I personally considered these little boys as my own brothers and it was my responsibility back then to instill moral values and so on for their own good.

Yet, as a male students, we can't expect them to learn everything directly from speeches and reminders from us. For example, when 'student A' did something wrong and no punishment was given, can we expect him to not doing the same mistake again in future? Or we could give him let say some push-ups and a 'slow talk' later on so that he realised that he did something wrong and it shouldn't do it again?

Also, there are differences between bullying and teaching someone. We knew our limits back then and everything that we did was meant to teach, not to harm. If not, why did the school even appointed us as prefects and trust us in guiding your children in the first place?

When I was around 5 years old, I went to my neighbour's house to play despite my late father's order to not to. When I came back, he was waiting for me at the front door with a rattan in hand. Without hesitating, he hit me several times just so that I knew it was wrong to turn back on your parents order. From this, I believe that sometimes punishments are the best choice in teaching someone. Because people learn from mistakes and that is one way to show that they did something wrong.

Before I end this, let me share with you another story behind the Prep School. We got a comment from I don't know who but saying that the prefects weren't doing their job. How can we do our jobs when we don't have the chance to? If, you know what I mean.

My writings here wasn't meant to anyone. But I really hope that we could think about it for a while for our own good.

Long ago, I believed that cameras weren't that useful to me since I wasn't the guy who loves taking pictures to be put inside an album etc. I prefer to keep those good memories in mind rather than keeping them inside an album.

After a while, mum got me a Canon Digital Ixus and told me to snap pictures of my batch and my beloved college since it was my last year back then. I brought it along with me to Malay College and do as I was told.

Now that I realise when I wake up in the morning, I'm in my room. Sleeping for hours in bed, ALONE.

No more seeing Menol struggling to memorize historical facts, Rizman making a new map at the mattress, Sifu and Alan doing their 'things', Affwan with his 'sexy lips' gossiping, Abby being teased by me, Sheh doing his push-ups, Harrith carrying books around, Amar doing his readings on his bed and Moon loitering around with his SE phone.

SUMMIT 2010

Its been three days now since the MCYDS 2010 started last wednesday.. This year summit is much more interesting than last year since most activities are being held outside koleq.. Homestay at Bukit Gantang,, a trip to Lumut Naval Base,, dinner at the palace.. My God!! They even get a chance to enter the palace!! X(

Luckily all form 5 gets to dine with them.. We'll be proudly wearing our white full malay on that night.. I'm so proud to say that the sultan will give a toast to the Malay College Kuala Kangsar!! XD

But for now,, I still have an important task to do as a facilitator for this year summit.. At least I get to enjoy some of the activites held since I have to always be there with the participants.. =)

Pray for my success in SPM alrite?? Time is ticking fast!! I can't believe our trial is just around the corner.. Best of luck to all form 5!!

A TOUGH WEEK

It's a tough week for me as Nasa got himself transferred to Big School due to some reasons.. To find another guy to carry out his duty as the Prep School prefect seems difficult enough since he is one of a great person i've ever met.. For several days I'll be doing my best to carry out his unfinished business with the juniors,, before I finally get a new cubemate this wednesday..

Besides,, I'm really looking forward to go back home next week.. Just to get rid of this unsettled business and finally get to get a hang out of it once in a while..

I'm still wondering why some people are being hypocrite and by that I mean 'someone' or 'some people' are giving out few statements or stuff this day and suddenly talks the opposite of it the next day.. Well,, It's hard to explain.. But this is what i think..

However,, although we messed up,, but thank god I finally get 8A1C for my midyear test.. That ease up some burden I'd say.. =)

PC FAIR '10

'PIKOM PC FAIR 2010',, an enormous event held at the KLCC was packed with tech geeks from all over the world!!

I happened to be in KL this week so I decided to get a glimpse on what its like to be there.. Along with my 13 years old brother, Anuar and two of my 'teenage' uncle,, we head there at around 4 o'clock..

I was searching for a new 1GB RAM for my old PCs (yup,, we bought them in the 90's!!) and a pendrive..

Our arrival was greeted by three HP models,, wearing white uniform with mini-skirts!!

Well, don't wanna elaborate more about that.. XP

One thing that I learned during my first trip there,, they aren't actually looking for gadgets and stuffs.. They just love the models so much that I saw some guys going from booth to booth just to snap some pics of the models..

What most collegians hate aren't just the weekly confinements and boring talks,, its "results week" people!! Though most of us got bad results,, but sometimes its hilarious to see ourselves getting the same bad results.. hehe..

Exchanging stories about what happened during the exams are the most funny part.. There are people who were caught "berzikir" doing the exams.. Well,, not much to say bout it..

Hazwan,, may Allah be with you.. I could sense that He had always been with you throughout your life her,, back in Malay College.. You were the only person that were given the honour by the thoroughbreds especially Im before you walked away.. You stunned me,, as always..

The Prep School Fects

WELCOME 1014

Monday,, 11/1 - Marks the beginning of a hectic yet enjoyable life as a prep school prefect.. 106 students registered on that day and most of them were from perak itself.. The tears of homesick students can be heard,, especially after lights off on the early days.. hehe..

We really are starting to feel a bit burden as now that we realised,, we are holding on the greatest responsibilities,, to shape them mentally and physically as a koleq student..

Anyway,, Arifin (my younger brother) was offered to SMS Bagan Datoh and was told that he would be the second batch to study there as the school was just built on...?? hehe.. NVM bout that,, but I'll pray that he'll become a great person since sometimes i frankly feel that he's better than me in certain aspects.. Maybe people don't realise bout that,, but i do..

I just came back from the admin block,, to send the form 1s back to their block after hours of walking around town.. Pardon me for not being "writative" today.. haha!! Is that even a word?? LOL XD

THIS IS MY STORY

This morning,, I woke up with a sheer of joy knowing that she texted me.. Maybe she missed me i guess,, but i was wrong..

We met each other during our last KRS camp in 2007,, when i was in form 2.. She told me that i was cute,, haha!! The climax of our friendship was on 2008 where we were so close with each other that we had a strong feelings towards one another..

1/3/2008 - I still remember the time when i sat beside her,, asking her to eat and ask her bout her feelings.. She was so stubborn that she kept telling me over and over again that she was getting fatter.. We were at the marching competition at that time.. By the time we got back,, she saw me carrying her bag (cause it was raining and i purposely carried it with me) that she followed me everywhere i went with a big smile on her face.. Haha!! She's cute,, had a sweet smile i suppose..

We went through so much without seeing each other for about a year now since she last took her SPM.. We usually met each other at the bustop,, waiting for her mum to pick her up.. Once,, I gave her a chocolate and she refused to eat it in front of me cause she was shy..

These memories kept running over my head.. Though i tried to lie,, but i couldnt deny the fact that i missed her..

9/1/2010 - She texted me.. And told me that she had fell for someone else.. Someone better i hope so.. He was the one who made her changed once,, from being close to me to someone who i barely known..

Somehow,, i just let her go.. Its for the best.. Goodbye safiah.. May we meet again someday.. InsyaAllah..

Frankly speaking,, Im quite dissapointed knowing that u were not actually changed for the better.. but i changed because of him.. When u hit me with those words,, i always keep trying and trying to be like u,, to change for the better but now,, only now that i realise it was all trash and craps.. I'm sorry..

Lots of things had been done throughout the Prefect Orientation Week (POW),, and there you go!!

29/12 - first time ord,, NGA + teh ais.. sdap gle!! smpah!! no wonder they always do it.. haha..

31/12 - clock tower journey,, steep stairs + limited space + dark + its freakin hot.. bt the scenery of Kuala Kangsar from up there,, is priceless.. =)

Just got back from KLCC and guess what?? AVATAR ROCKSS!! XD

Since my bro got 8As for PMR,, my aunt took us to have lunch at the Manhattan Fish Market at Ampang Park.. Then we took the lrt to klcc,, bought five tickets to watch Avatar at TGV (my aunt,, her cute little daughter,, my sis,, my bro and me) which lasted for two and a half hour.. WHEW!! What a day!!

Its about time to update huh?? haha.. It has been a long time since i last updated this blog,, so i guess i have to write something..

Recently,, I've been reading this book entitled 'Bila Cinta Bertasbih' by Habiburrahman El Shirazy who is the famous novelist of the best selling novel 'Ayat-Ayat Cinta'.

Frankly,, the last thing I wanted to do spending my school holiday is reading a book. Then you'll guess,, why i read this novel,, if i hate reading that much?? Well its because its rare to find stories related to Islam especially when the writer himself intends to send a motivating message to the readers (e.g. once we read it,, we somehow is excited to be a better person). Novels these days are ridiculous (some of it i mean) since most of it are entirely written about love stories.

I cant wait to watch this movie based from the novel. Usually the movies arent much exciting as the novels since its just a summary of the whole story (because its not as details as the true story is all about since some scenes are cut) but who cares?!!

Latest news!! We just had an accident (just a minor one) in front of the mosque on our way back from kuliah subuh. Granpa's driving at that time,, he made a U-Turn and suddenly "BAM!!" a blue proton wira hit our Nissan Serena's bumper.

Do you know about the inflation in Zimbabwe? Here's a bit info that I got from an email that was sent to me;

See this 500M cheque? Ain't it fascinating to have that much money inside our bank account? But not for the people there. This amount is actually the minimum amount that they have to pay for lunch!!

That amount of money is equivalent to US$2!! Just about enough to afford lunch for one day.

We should always be grateful as we were born in comfort and leisure life.We get almost everything that we want. Money were spent unhesitantly on unnecessary things.

While we are sleeping on a cosy bed,, there are people who sleeps with their bare hands as their pillow and dirts as their bed. Think again my brothers and sisters,, how different is our lives from them?

Praise to God for all the merciness that He gave to us as His creature,, khalifah of the Earth. Always be grateful of what we have. Don't ever be stingy towards those who in needs. Maybe one day,, we'll face the same situation like what they are facing now.

This is my story...

Its about the moon.. I don't know what makes me look at it every night while walking straight to the admin block for night prep. It shines so brightly at night,, shines the Earth as if trying to guide me with its white bright light along the way..

One night,, I just came back from the class. Changed up,, getting ready to sleep when i noticed something,, that night was brighter than usual.

"Maybe the admin had setup a lamp post somewhere", I whispered.

I took a peek but there was none. Actually,, it was a full moon that night. I smiled,, old memories came rushing back inside my head...

"***..."

"ye?"

"bulan penuh la malam ni.."

"hehe.. arif ni...."

Don't wanna talk bout this anymore.. After all this while,, I realised something;

Love is beautiful..

Though we loved someone,, because of Allah..

BEWARE!!

The demons (syaitan) had swore,,

To influenced the son of Adam into HELL!!

Thats when love ruined our lives,, bit by bit..

Frustrated,, dissapointment are all useless..

Its been almost a year since I last met her. She was my closest friend up till now. Its nice knowing her and only god knows how i missed her. Hope that we'll meet again someday..

But, maybe she's different then.

Its okay, everyone changed. We cant expect things to go smoothly the way we wanted. We have to accept god's fate for us. Yeah, that's an old story of course.

Though we made our decisions, Ill always keep her to my heart as my special yet closest friend.

Hope she's listening to this. Hehe.. Maybe she's asleep by now. I've been through lots of things and she's always been a good listener. Always..

Time moved on, and alone I am now.

Of course, god is still with me, i know. I'm just typing whatever my heart says right now, words that i've been trying to express all this while, but never had a chance to..

Daripada Sheikh Ahmad - Madinah , Saudi Arabia , pada suatu malam ketika hamba membaca Al-Quran di makam Rasullullah s.a.w . selepas hamba membaca lalu tertidur. dalam tidur, hamba bermimpi Rasullullah s.a.w. mendatangi hamba lalu bersabda:-

"Dalam 60,000 orang yang meninggal dunia di zaman ini, tak seorang pun matinya dalam keadaan yang beriman,".

1. Isteri tiada mendengar kata-kata suami,
2. Orang kaya tidak lagi bertimbangrasa kepada orang miskin.
3. Ramai yang tidak berzakat dan tidak lagi berbuat kebajikan.

Sampaikan kepada orang-orang Islam ini, supaya membuat kebajikan kerana hari penghabisan akan tiba di mana:-
1. semua bintang akan terbit dari langit, sesudah itu pintu langit akan tertutup.
2.tulisan dalam Al-Quran akan hilang.
3.Matahari akan turun di atas kepala.

Pesan Hamba :-

1. berselawatlah untuk junjungan kita Nabi Muhammad s.a.w

Baru-baru ini, berita tentang penemuan planet baru yang bergerak dalam arah yang terbalik daripada biasa telah pun mula tersebar. Petanda-petanda kiamat sudah mula kelihatan, semakin jelas saban hari. Bila lagi kita hendak bertaubat? Sudah cukupkah amalan kita untuk menjejakkan kaki ke dalam syurga Allah?

Sedarlah Wahai saudaraku sekalian. Masih ada lagi yang lebih berkuasa di alam ini. Janganlah kita begitu sombong dan angkuh kepadaNya. Ingatlah janji kita kepadaNya;

ANTARA MJ & SYAHIDAH MARWA AL-SHARBINI

Saya sedih, bukan karena kematian MJ yang dipuja jutaan orang di dunia. Tapi saya sedih, karena pada saat yang sama, berlangsung perkebumian seorang muslimah yang Insya Allah menjadi seorang syahidah karena mempertahankan jilbabnya. Marwa Al-Sharbini, seorang ibu satu anak yang sedang mengandung tiga bulan, syahid akibat ditikam sebanyak 18 kali oleh seorang pemuda Jerman keturunan Rusia yang anti-Islam dan anti-muslim. Tapi berita ini, sama sekali tidak saya temukan di tv-tv kita , negara yang majaroti penduduknya Muslim, bahkan mungkin, tak banyak dari kita yang tahu akan peristiwa yang menimpa Marwa Al-Sharbini.

Ribuan orang di Mesir yang mengantar jenazah Marwa Al-Sharbini ke tempat istirihatnya yang terakhir, memang mungkin banyak orang yang menangisi kepergian Michael Jackson. Marwa hanya seorang ibu dan bukan superstar seperti MJ. Tapi kepergian Marwa Al-Sharbini adalah lambang jihad seorang muslim. Marwa Al- Sharbini mempertahankan harga dirinya sebagai seorang Muslimah yang mematuhi ajaran agamanya meski pun untuk itu ia kehilangan nyawanya.

Marwa Al-Sharbini ditikam di ruang sidang kota Dresden, Jerman saat akan memberikan kesaksian atas ancaman terhadapnya . Ia mengadukan sorang pemuda Jerman bernama Alex W yang kerap menyebutnya "teroris" hanya karena ia mengenakan jilbab. Dalam suatu kesempatan, pemuda itu bahkan pernah menyerang Marwa dan berusaha melepas jilbab Muslimah asal Mesir itu. Di persidangan itulah, Alex kembali menyerang Marwa, kali ini ia menikam Marwa Al-Sharbini berkali-kali. Suami Marwa yang berusaha melindungi isterinya, malah terkena tembakan pehak berkuasa keamanan pengadilan yang berdalih tak sengaja menembak suami Marwa yang kini dalam kondisi kritis di rumah sakit Dresden.

Peristiwa ini sepi dari pemberitaan di media massa Jerman dan mungkin dari pemberitaan media massa asing dunia karena yang menjadi korban adalah seorang muslimah yang dibunuh oleh orang Barat yang anti-Islam dan anti-Muslim. Situasinya mungkin akan berbeza jika yang menjadi korban adalah satu orang Jerman atau orang Barat yang dibunuh oleh seorang ektrimis Islam. Beritanya dipastikan akan gempar dan mendunia.

Itulah sebabnya, mengapa di tv-tv kita cuma sebuk dengan pemberitaan pemakaman Michael Jackson yang mengharu biru itu. Tak ada berita pemakaman Syahidah Marwa Al-Sharbini yang mendapat sebutan "Pahlawan Jilbab". Tak ada protes dunia Islam atas kematiannya. Tak ada tangisan kaum muslimin dunia untuknya. Tapi tak mengapa Marwa Al-Sharbini , karena engkau akan mendapatkan tempat yang paling mulia di sisiNya ALLAH SWT . Seiring doa dari orang-orang yang mencintaimu. Selamat jalan saudariku, maafkan kami jika kurang peduli ...

Inilah realitinya, berita tentang pemergian artis-artis terkenal dihebah-hebahkan sehebatnya tetapi berita syahidnya seorang muslimah langsung sepi. Umat Islam perlu sedar, 'ustaz kotak' yang menyediakan pelbagai jenis hiburan merupakan salah satu strategi kaum Yahudi untuk melalaikan kita daripada mengingati ALLAH yang ESA. Mereka takkan pernah kenal erti jemu dalam usaha untuk menyesatkan kita, menjauhkan kita dari Al-Quran dan akhirnya kita hanyut, dan terus hanyut dengan agenda-agenda mereka.
